Zen in Zanzibar Retreat

Sisterhood Retreat in Watamu, Kenya is one for the girls! This coastal retreat is going to allow us disconnect from the outside world and reconnect within. The purpose of this retreat is to get back in touch with our divine feminine energy and connect with one another as a community, sister to sister. Our feminine energy is expressed when we move with the flow of life, embrace our creative energy, tap into our intuition, and focus on being rather than doing; versus our masculine energy which embodies action, structure, rules, logic and a focus on doing rather than being. In most of our day-to-day lives, we find ourselves having to operate in our masculine energy as a result of the society we live in. So it’s important for us to rebalance the scale every once in a while and get back in touch with our feminine energy, which is exactly what this retreat is for.
