The purpose of this retreat is to get back in touch with our divine feminine energy and connect with one another as a community, sister to sister.

This women’s retreat will allow us to get back in touch with our divine feminine energy and connect with one another, sister to sister. Our feminine energy is expressed when we move with the flow of life, embrace our creative energy, tap into our intuition, and focuses on being rather than doing; versus our masculine energy which embodies: action, structure, rules, logic and a focus on doing rather than being. And while we all embody both masculine and feminine energy in us, noting that the two energies are not gender-specific, in most of our day-to-day lives, we find ourselves having to operate in our masculine energy as a result of the society we live in. So it’s important for us to have a balance and rebalance the scale of these energies within us every once in a while to get back in touch with our feminine energy and build community with one another, which is exactly what this retreat is for.

Feminine energy is the energy of creation, life and love.

During this 7-day retreat in a tucked away beach-front villa a lush jungle in Watamu, Kenya, we will participate in:

  • Daily yoga and meditation sessions,

  • A Women’s Mental Health Workshop,

  • Sensuality, Sex & Holistic Intimacy Roundtable

  • Womb Health Workshop,

  • Sound healing meditation on the beach,

  • Mangrove float dhow ride

  • A full moon in Scorpio group meditation and journaling session,

  • Kayaking or paddle boarding, and

  • A refreshing spa day with massages

This trip also includes an optional 3-day yoga safari post-extension at Tsavo East National Park following our stay in Watamu.
